This policy describes data processed through the SintelSES website, user accounts and speech services. For installations in your own environment, the hosting environment and practices of the organisation operating the service also apply.
Scope and data collected
Public pages play sample audio files in your browser. Account and administration features may process your name, email, phone number (if provided), profile preferences, roles, session and device information. Security and audit records may contain actions, IP addresses and browser information.
How speech data is used
Text or audio submitted to speech features is processed on the server to produce the requested result. The web demo does not create a permanent audio archive; playback and download copies of results are held in your browser. Downloaded files and logs created by your own API integration remain under your control. Do not submit personal or confidential information you are not authorised to process.
Access and sharing
Authorised users may access data within their responsibilities. Configured email or external identity providers may receive data needed for the corresponding operation. Public pages do not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. External sites we link to have their own policies.
Retention and requests
Account and security records are retained for periods required to provide and secure the service and meet applicable legal obligations; periods depend on deployment and logging policies.
