KVKK privacy notice

This notice explains personal data processing in Sintel-operated SintelSES web services under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For customer-operated installations, responsibility for customer users and data depends on the customer’s processing activities.
Controller and data categories
For services operated by Sintel, the controller is Sintel Bilgi ve İletişim Sistemleri Anonim Şirketi. Data may include identity and contact details, account and permission information, session/device and security records, and text and audio you submit. Contact details appear at the end of this page.
Collection, purposes and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through web forms, the browser, cookies and API requests. Service delivery and accounts may rely on entering into or performing a contract; security and abuse prevention on legitimate interests without overriding your fundamental rights; statutory records on legal obligations; and dispute records on establishing, exercising or protecting a right (KVKK Article 5/2). Where consent is required, it is requested separately. This notice does not request consent.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared, as needed for its purpose, with authorised personnel, providers needed to deliver the configured service and competent public bodies responding to lawful requests. External email and identity providers depend on deployment settings. Any international transfer must meet the applicable requirements of KVKK Article 9.
Your rights under KVKK Article 11
You may ask whether data is processed; request information about processing, its purpose and appropriate use; learn third-party recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients; object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage from unlawful processing. Submit your request and information sufficient to verify your identity using the contact details below and the applicable application procedures. Requests are resolved within 30 days.
