This page describes the cookies and similar browser storage used by SintelSES, their purposes and retention. Not every cookie is set on every visit; cookies depend on the sign-in, security and preference features you use.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data stored by a website in your browser. SintelSES cookies are first-party cookies. localStorage is separate persistent browser preference storage described below.
Why we use them
Session and verification cookies provide secure access and protect requests. Language, appearance, table columns and menus remember features you request. Remember-email and trusted-device features are enabled only when you select them. No analytics, advertising or cross-site marketing cookies are used.
Legal grounds and third parties
Where applicable, processing required for security and the requested service relies on performance of a contract or legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5/2). This version has no analytics or advertising activities requiring consent, so the panel provides information. If you are redirected to an external identity or email provider, that provider’s cookie policy also applies.
Managing cookies
Reopen this information using “Cookie preferences” on this page. “Got it” remembers that you read the notice for one year; it does not grant analytics or advertising permission. Change optional remembering features in their respective screens or clear all site data in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies in your browser may affect sign-in and security operations.

All cookies are first-party. Session and security cookies are created for the relevant flow; preference cookies follow the relevant selection. Periods below are defaults; administrator settings may change session and trusted-device retention.

Other browser preferences
localStorage keys theme, admin-section-menu-pinned:* and admin-list-split / admin-section-nav-split (including :width) remember your chosen theme, pinned menus and panel widths. These are not cookies; they remain in your browser until you clear site data. They are not used for analytics or advertising. Language, theme, list and menu preferences are saved when you use the corresponding feature. You can remove cookies and site data in your browser settings; this may sign you out and reset preferences.
